About the Building SUNFLOWER
SunFlower features a basement level with parking spaces and storage units, a ground floor with apartments and exhibition halls, and seven additional floors with various types of apartments. The residences on the top floors offer unique panoramic views and spacious panoramic terraces.

02 Materials
Materials SUNFLOWER
The building is constructed using high-quality POROTHERM ceramic blocks from the Austrian company WIENERBERGER. The interior walls have a thickness of 12 cm, while the exterior walls are 25 cm thick. The internal walls and ceilings are finished with machine-applied gypsum or lime plaster. All external edges of the masonry are protected with integrated trim profiles.
The roof consists of both flat and pitched sections as per the architectural design, including vapor insulation, XPS thermal insulation (12 cm), reinforced screed made of water-resistant concrete, and a double-layer Italian waterproofing system with a protected mineral finish on the upper layer.
The building features high-quality German five-chamber PVC windows with triple glazing, using 4-season “energy” glass, which maximizes both sound and thermal insulation of the rooms.
Part of the building’s façade will be constructed using an “integrated thermal insulation system” from the Austrian company BAUMIT, including 8 cm thick EPS thermal insulation panels, a reinforcing glass-textile mesh, adhesive plaster, primer, and finishing structural plaster.
Aluminum radiators are installed with individual heating circuits connected to a common manifold box.
All apartments are equipped with intercom systems from the Spanish company GOLMAR.
