We believe that choosing a new home is an emotional journey, one that should meet individual needs while providing comfort and tranquility. That’s why we dedicate great effort to designing and constructing our buildings and residences, ensuring they offer functional apartments with diverse layouts.
BlueBerry features thirty-one one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments within a single entrance, boasting luxurious common areas and a hydraulic elevator for six people. The ground-floor apartment includes a private garden, while the top-floor residences offer panoramic terraces.
On the ground floor, there are three retail spaces facing Simeonov Vek Street, just 80 meters from Geo Milev Street. Each unit has a private entrance and is designed as an open-space concept, making them suitable for a variety of business activities.

BlueBerry features its own private courtyard with seating and relaxation areas for the residents, a children’s play area with a sandbox, slide, and swing. The landscaping of the courtyard includes natural trees, shrubs, and grasses according to the design plan. The paths are made of park paving slabs, and the sidewalks are made of scratched concrete. The courtyard is fenced along the internal property boundaries, with access granted only to the residents of the building.
The building is equipped with a high-tech hydraulic elevator with automatic stainless steel doors for 6 passengers, meeting all European standards. In the event of an emergency or power failure, the elevator will descend to the ground floor and open its doors.
A high-tech soundproofing membrane FONAS TEX with a thickness of 2.8mm is placed beneath the floor screed in the apartments. This modern technology ensures that the apartments are soundproofed from the floor above.
